The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing Plant HR for a manufacturing unit.
Key responsibilities
Ensure required availability of manpower, both on roll and contractual.
Ensure Statutory compliance. Liaison with Govt. authorities for all statutory compliance.
Key Stakeholder management.
Responsible for employee joining and exit formalities.
Implement and oversee adherence of HR policies and standard procedures. Attendance and Leave management.
Maintaining positive relationship and addressing employee grievance. Responsible for staff welfare initiatives, engagement events.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR with BSc/ Diploma preferred
- 8-10 years experience
- Exposure in handling HR issues in manufacturing units
- Handling Statutory compliance
