Responsibilities

  • Understanding and implementing financial policies of the organization.
  • Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments.
  • Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.
  • Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
  • Monitor the economic and financial changes to assist the organization in taking strategic decisions. 
  • Review and implement financial policies of the organization. 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial transactions and procedures.
  • Documenting standard operating procedures for the finance team. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of business experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
