About The Role
The Senior Administrator provides administrative support either to a team or individual.
Duties may include including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
What you will be doing
Key Accountabilities:
- Supports managers with daily clerical tasks.
- Plans meetings and take detailed minutes Answers phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
- Schedules appointments and update calendar.
- Composes and types regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material.
- Creates spreadsheets and presentations Develops, implements and improves office policies and procedures.
What you will bring
With tertiary or technical qualification – up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications – up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.
Role dependent – technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
