Job Description
1 To ensure achievement of set targets at territory level through team management and market developments 2 Motivate and guide Team in the field and meeting to achieve quality sales 3 Should be able to channelise the energy in to there team of Managers ABM and Sales Boys MR 3 Should be able to provide classroom training In-clinic detailing and Induction of new joinee 4 Retain team members and ensure no-HQ is vacant more than 2-3 days 5 Keep an eye on near expiry item and liquidation of stocks 6 Identify low selling product area wise and plan strategy area wise 7 Plan for scheme or gifts to promote sales of low selling product at different area 8 Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members9 Sale analysis Value wise and Product Wise10 Strategic planning for growth of each SKU 11 Maintaining relationship with distributors appointment of distributors and settlement of claims 12 Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets 13 Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication relationship 14 Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions and activity for prduct promotions 15 Fulfill all requirements of his team16 Completing monthly quarterly and yearly sales target17 Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions18 Market review of new products and services19 Regular attending monthly quarterly and yearly meeting of company20 Keeping up to date about company products services and schemes21 Monitoring activities products and services of competitorsJob Type Full-timeSalary 25 000 00 – 45 000 00 per monthBenefits Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementProvident FundSchedule Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay Performance bonusAbility to commute relocate Ranchi Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Account management 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred Management 1 year Preferred Speak with the employer 91 9727065487
