CSM Technologies is hiring Business Manager having 10+ Yrs exp. in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have proven ability in managing IT sales & revenue generation in the respective territories. The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the entire sales in the respective territories, achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets, generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories. In order to succeed in this role, candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business
• To manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
• To achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
• To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories
• To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
• To work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets
• To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
• To participate in pricing of the solution/service.
• To travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have proven ability in managing IT sales & revenue generation preferably from OEMs in the respective territories
• Candidate should have keen interest in conducting research, data-driven insights & analytical capabilities
• Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
