We are hiring for BYJUS Business Development Trainee Sales Profile Both freshers and exp in sales can apply Age criteria upto 29 yearsOnly Males candidates can applyLaptop and wi-fi connection is mandatory5 days working Monday tuesday offWork from officeBusiness Development Trainee -BDT is an Business Development Trainee where selected applicants will be a part of a 6 weeks training program and on successful completion of this training program applicants will be given an opportunity to join as a Business Development Associate with BYJUs STRUCTURE OF the BDT The 6 weeks of BDT is divided into 2 phases 2 weeks of Class Room Training CRT and4 weeks of On the Job Training OJT A PHASE 1 Classroom Training CRT 1st 2 weeks of the CRT Phase will be conducted in the training location where we will cover the theoretical aspect of BYJU S salesprocess Candidates will be involved in various activities during this phase which ill be rigorously evaluated by the end of 2 weeks of the CRT program Only the candidates who satisfactorily complete the CRT phase will be given an opportunity to start with the next phase of the training program B PHASE 2 On-the-Job Training OJT The 2nd stage OJT Phase starts from the 3rd week of training for candidates who have successfully cleared the 1st phase Candidates will be expected to generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first phase into practice duringthe final 4 weeks of the OJT phase Following the completion of the ATP all input and output numbers will be closely monitored and reviewed to evaluate the eligibility toapply for the Business Development Associate BDA position atBYJU PERKS OF CLEARING ATP Candidates will be given an opportunity to join as a Business Development Associate- Direct Sales Inside Sales after successfully completing the Business Development Training The CTC will be revised to 10 LPA STIPEND Stipend for the total 6 weeks of the training program is 33750 6000 Allowance If the program is discontinued extended due to any business requirements – the assuredsum will be compensated on a pro rata basis – Allowance – Allowance is 6000 which will be given to trainees who are beingmoved to any location that is not their current location After Converting as a BDA Inside Sales – 5 LPA Fixed 3 LPA variable Direct Sales – 6 LPA Fixed 3 LPA VariableSelection Process and flow The interviews will be conducted online and we will have four levels of filtration 1 Application Shortlisting2 Telephonic Round of Interview 3 First Video Interview Through Zoom Application 4 Final Round Video Interview Through Zoom Application Job Types Full-time FresherPay 18 000 00 – 40 000 00 per monthSchedule Day shiftAbility to commute relocate Patna Bihar Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s In which year your Graduation was completedWhat is your age currentlyDo you have Laptop and Wi-Fi connectionWhat is your preferred locationAre you okay with WORK FROM OFFICEEducation Bachelor s Preferred Speak with the employer 91 6200086372
