A well-Established Company needs an Admin cum Office Coordinator.Ranchi ,Jharkhand.JOB DESCRIPTION1 FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.2 Team work ability, she should be able to handle the team.3 Problem solving ability.4. Ability to delegate work & get it done in a limited time frame.5.Documentation management.6.Managing workflow.7. Creating & managing team schedules.8.Reporting to HR & senior management.9.Evaluate performance & provide feedback.10.Taking timely reports from field executives and uploading them.11. Follow up with field executives and office executives for proper work flow.12.Maintain timelines.13.Set clear purpose, goals and expectations for the team.SKILLS1. Good communication skills both written and verbal.2.Should be smart enough to tackle FE & OE and maintain TAT.3.Must find ways to get the work done in the specified time period.4.Must have administrative qualities.5.Good knowledge of computers, M.S. office, portals, etc.6.Must have interpersonal skills, adaptability, conflict resolution and mentorship.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: INR13,000.00 – INR15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
