Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Location: Boring Road, Patna
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
· Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to maximize sales opportunities.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers to close sales deals.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online marketing strategies.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
· Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
· Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
· Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
· Valid driver’s license.
