We are hiring in Insurance Sector in Bancassuranc Vertical 

Position:- Cluster Head / Sr. Manager (Team lead) 

Location :- Siwan /Gaya/ Purnia/ Sambalpur/ Silchar/Patna

CTC Negotiable 

Job Responsibility :-

· Manage a team of relationship Managers (RMs) on a daily basis to meet or exceed business goals through branch banking

· Assist / Support SMs with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis. 

· Communicate deadlines and goals to team members.

· Allocate resources, Assign Business and supervise activities of RMs.

· Identify skill gaps and assist on joint calls with team members (RMs).

· Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.

· Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.

Job Required Skills:-

Graduation (Any discipline)

Min 5+years of experience in BFSI (Life insurance prefer) 

Team handling experience should be at least 2 years

CTC – Up to 16
