Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership It is India s leading telecom service provider The Company provides pan India Voice and Data services across 2G 3G and 4G platform With the large spectrum portfolio to support the growing demand for data and voice the company is committed to deliver delightful customer experiences and contribute towards creating a truly Digital India by enabling millions of citizens to connect and build a better tomorrow The Company is developing infrastructure to introduce newer and smarter technologies making both retail and enterprise customers future ready with innovative offerings conveniently accessible through an ecosystem of digital channels as well as extensive on-ground presence The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange NSE and Bombay Stock Exchange BSE in India Role TM TES Delivery Job Level Designation M1 Function Department Technology Location patna Job Purpose Responsible for all the enterprise circuit delivery and partner governance Understand the enterprise solution customer requirement Customer interaction along with business team complete responsibility to provide the project update during project phase Delivery of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per committed timelines Revenue realization of 90 of in month delivery and 95 of target order value Revenue realization of 80 for order book by segment within 90 days timeline Improve overall link delivery experience through Group Engagement -CRFS Compliance -92 Offnet PO process ageing 4 days from Order generation Key Result Areas Accountabilities Revenue realization of 80 revenue as per Order book in a month within next 90days Connected location soft upgrade delivery TAT 7days Not Connected Fiber Delivery TAT 4 weeks for 95 of orders Not Connected UBR Pole Delivery TAT 2 Weeks for 95 of orders Not Connected UBR Tower Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95 of orders OFFNET Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95 of orders Revenue realization of 90 of in month delivery CRFS compliance-92 across the board Average Delivery TAT to be reduced to 8 weeks from WO to commissioning of order in OSM Core Competencies Knowledge Experience 5-7 years of Telecom domain experience in field of enterprise transmission Positive Attitude Strong Management skills transmission expertise Driving Vendors Field Team and Circle Teams for achieving KPI to achieve monthly targets Good Knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies Topologies of both Optics DWDM PTN SDH and IP Internet protocol MPLS Etc Handling change management Material logistics Inventory management 100 compliance to Vodafone HSW policies and procedures Must have technical professional qualifications Essential Graduation – B E B Tech Desired PMP PRINCE2 certifications Work Ex 5 – 7 years Experience with transmission enterprise Vodafone Idea Limited formerly Idea Cellular Limited An Aditya Birla Group Vodafone partnership foundit
