Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Ranchi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
• To sell the insurance policies by calling and meeting with the clients and potential clients and grow their customer base.
• To get information about a client’s needs and match them with insurance policies they offer.
• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
• Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
• Fill-out and submit applications, maintain client records and prepare reports

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of previous working experience in sales in the Insurance industry (preferably health Insurance)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
