Position we are hiring for-Profile- Customer Care Executive

Process- voice process

Educational qualification- 12th is Mandatory.

Salary- Up To 2 LPA ( Depends on last Drawn Salary & Interview.

Shift- Rotational for males and Day shift for girls

Working Days- 6 Days working 1 rotational week off

Job Location- Ranchi

Mode of Interview- Virtual

• Graduate and undergraduate both can apply
• Candidate should be good in English communication
• Candidate should be comfortable in Rotational shift

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing satisfaction to the customers.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Receiving call and handle customers.
