Experience: 10 to 15 years

Job Profile

  • To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business
  • To manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • To achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
  • To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories
  • To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
  • To work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets
  • To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
  • To participate in pricing of the solution/service.
  • To travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits.

Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes
  • Should have effective exposure to ‘Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales’, ‘Software Sales’ (Not into Hardware Sales)
  • Should have proven track record of successful sales in the Government Sector / Depts.
  • Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM
