Roles Responsibilities

• Follow the System Completion activities during project phase (endorse B, C, E check sheets, systems walkdowns, punch verification and close-out, start-up)
• Prioritizes and implement schedules relating to planned maintenance, installation and repair activities for the measurement systems under his area.
• Allocates resources and monitor work progress to determine effectiveness of deployment.
• Carries out site supervision of maintenance activities and ensure all barriers related to PTW release, equipment release, safety issue etc. are taken care in order to ensure safe and efficient execution of the job by the work force.
• Provides on job training and development to subordinates and Nationals in the team.
• Reviews of external service requirement for maintenance jobs. Support supervisor for developing work scope for external service requirements related to maintenance of measurement equipment’s and devices.
• Monitoring and steering the PM/CM compliance to ensure compliance to department
• VI’s.
• Maintains weekly and monthly activity reports and highlights
• Manages and document all records for audit purposes. Support supervisor for maintenance audits from internal, shareholders and QP assessments.
