– To Plan, Organize, Direct and Run the Plant to exceed the expectation of the customer in the area of

• Productivity and Yield
• Delivery Schedule Adherence
• Quality Management
• Cost Management
• Safety of Operations and Housekeeping

– To ensure Statutory Compliances

– Recruit, Train and Onboard New Employees

– Performance evaluation of Employees and make improvement to the human resources and share a trusting relationship and inspiring ambience.

– Perform safety audits.

– Allocate resources effectively and utilise the assets to achieve optimal results

– Identify the deviations in the processes and take corrective action to close the gaps.

– Make improvement on current performances through innovation and implementation of best practices.
