SummaryAs a member of the our team,the new hire would be responsible for developing written content—especially thematic and strategic messaging—as the primary writer within the team. This position is accountable for producing outputs consistent with business industry best practices and developing copy and messaging that concisely and effectively moves target audiences to action.

• The candidate should have a great understanding of Content Marketing.
• Contribute to developing creative briefs for new projects or clients, and/or work with existing creative briefs to generate ideas for marketing themes and copy for a range of assets
• Deep understanding of Social Media Marketing and awareness of latest Social Media trends
• Translate complex ideas and data into organized, easily accessible commercial insights
• The new hire would be responsible for Carousel posts, Scripts for Reels, Ads, Captions, Blogs, Email Marketing, Web copy
• Oversee, write and/or edit and project manage copy development for all.
• Work on graphic designing or team to ensure key messages and copy are easily consumed and emphasized to target audience
• Develop critical understanding of the real estate market, target clients, and ever-changing real estate space usage and needs
• Gain a keen understanding of how target audiences consume marketing and present ideas to enhance engagement
• Generate outputs that meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Serve as an editor of other’s content to ensure voice, organization, themes, point of view and language are streamlined throughout projects.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Communications, English or similar
• Minimum of 1.5 year of content writing experience with at least a minimum of 1 year serving as primary strategist or copy writer, marketing products or services and developing creative messaging
• The person would be proficient in Social Media content writing.( Instagram & Linkedin majorly)
• Experience marketing professional services, particularly in real estate services, is a plus
• Strong command of copy writing fundamentals, with an understanding of how to succinctly highlight features and benefits to persuade and move an audience to action
• Excellent knack for headline writing, subject line writing, story-telling, and other persuasive techniques to engage target audiences
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry
• Strong oral and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast moving setup
• Confident self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
• Inquisitive, has a desire to learn and ability to adapt
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability to influence peers and leaders
