Balajee Group Looking for Urgent Opening For PM and DPM Patna at Patna

We are one of the leading Infrastructure Co having projects on PAN India level. Currently hiring for a building project at Patna location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management

1. Managing construction projects including all civil, structural engineering.
2. Project Planning & Execution, Site Management, and Coordination with client, site coordination, preparation of BOI, billing and follow-up client for drawing approval, payment etc.
3. Handling end to end projects encompassing planning, estimation, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and laying down of quality standards.
4. Providing engineering services for various civil engineering projects.
5. Driving a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and liaising with the client at all stages of the project for securing approvals, finalization of specifications, reporting progress and final handover to the client.
6. Carrying out screening studies, site selection, concept and feasibility assessments and the production of basic design packages for new projects.

• Site Management

1. Preparing detailed construction method statements, work preparation, equipment, planning & temporary works preparation for new projects, and maintaining coordination with contracting firms handling large, highly mechanized projects.
2. Guiding and supporting maintenance and inspection staff, operating units and teams for handling civil and basic electro-mechanical issues, matters pertaining to local statutory bodies, architects, and process technologists to troubleshoot customer issues.
3. Contract Management/ Techno-commercial Activities
4. Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients as well as preparing tender documents/specifications & finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ.
5. Evaluating & executing contracting works as well as handling negotiation, award and review of contracts as per contract regimes.
6. Monitoring and ensuring efficient inventory management.

• Quality Assurance/ Compliance

Devising and implementing processes, in line with organizational standards and client specifications.Checking and monitoring material quality received from vendors/ suppliers.Maintaining records of tests, monitoring sub-contractors quality in execution of the work.Adhering to international quality standards and auditing processes to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E. Civil / M. Tech/Diploma Civil with overall 12-20 years of experience
• Candidate should have hands on experience in execution of building projects.
• Ability to have effective interaction with clients.
• Knowledge of good construction practices.
