Desiderata Impact Ventures Looking for Collection Exec Sr Exec AM (OFF ROLE) at Patna

Over 4 years work experience in managing delinquent accounts via field visits for retail unsecured loans/Supply Chain Finance / SME loans for Banks, Fintech or large NBFCs

• Experience in managing collections via field visits for allocated region portfolio – unsecured SME loans, Business loans, Personal Loans, preferably supply chain finance (dealer finance).
• Responsible for delivering collection results from the allocated portfolios as per managements target on monthly basis.
• Need to visit extensively on each and every case allocated on monthly basis and resolving the same.
• Knowledge of legal filing for cracking higher bucket cases will be preferred.
• Experience of managing external agencies will be preferred.
• Coordinating with internal departments for resolution of accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of managing successful collections in past.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 4 years of experience of managing retail collection operations in BFSI/Fintech.
• Graduate, Preferred Post-graduation / MBA
