Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Invoice generation
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations matters.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
  • Monitor employee morale and address any issues that may arise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee retention.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Your role will involve working closely with employees at all levels, providing guidance, resolving HR-related issues, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree, Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent internship  experience).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
