• Making Outdial to customers on a daily basis and converting them into sales.
• Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information.
• Conversation Skills – The ability to have meaningful conversations.,
• Active Listening – Ability to pick up cues from the customer.,
• Customer service orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of changes.
• Strong telephonic etiquettes (verbal & active listening skills).,
• Good computer skills, able to work in MS Office.

Required Experience and Qualifications: –

• 12th+
• Language – Tamil, Gujrati, Oria, Bangali, Kanada or Telgu
• Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates having experience in BPO, Insurance, D mate account, Retail Inside sales will be preferred.
• Candidates with multilingual will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
