Designation: Resource Manager – HR
Recruitment:
- Receiving recruitment requests from the respective dept. heads with the approvals
- Sourcing Profiles through ( Naukri / Employee Referrals / Head Hunting)
- Screening & Shortlist the profiles based on the requirements
- Sharing the profiles & co-coordinating interviews with the respective heads to finalize the candidate.
- Meticulously negotiating the salary with the finalized candidates
- Collecting the salary proofs & necessary documents for offer generation
- Releasing offer letter & informing the same to the respective heads
- Follow up with the offered candidates until he / she joins in the organization.
- Preparing & dispatching the appointment orders to the respective branches on the day the candidate joins.
Operations:
- Staffing status updation
- Employee mapping
- Exit Interview Process
Employee Grievance:
- Handling ESS Queries
- Providing ESI letters & cards based on the requests
- Providing employment confirmation mails based on the request ( for Loans)
- Employee Salary issues ( clarifications / missing)
- Attendance updation ( follow ups / clarifications)
Employee Engagement:
- Circulating Birthday’s & long service ( year completion) mails
- Visiting allotted branches ( Muster Audit / Statutory documents checking – notice boards)
- Rapport building with the employees for better understandings
- Conducting employee engagement activities based on the clusters
- Organizing festive events at respective branches
PMS:
- Follow for Goal settings exercises & KRA’s
- Follow up for PACE completion
