Responsibilities and Duties

  • Effectively search prospective clients.
  • Follow – up with prospects, existing clients & online leads.
  • Preparing Daily Sales Report.
  • Participating in corporate desk event, Expos and other business related events.
  • Conducting Project Surveys and preparing survey Report, SWOT Analysis
  • Attending weekly/ Monthly meetings.
  • Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
  • Arrange maximum number of site visits on weekly basis.
  • Generate leads through referrals
  • Service leads generated through digital, referral, and relevant sources.
  • Maintain daily reports of all calls done, site visits and follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
  • Must have own means of conveyance & Laptop & smart phone.
  • Fluency in: English a must
  • Knowledge of MS office is must.
  • The local language‐ an added advantage
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • You are articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
