ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate should know the entire process of EPF, ESIC, Challan, Arrears submission and several regulatory compliances including minimum wages act, work men’s compensation act, contract labour act, factories act etc.
• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Develop and review company policies coordinating with HR.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
• Resolve labour concerns about legal compliance.
• Regular coordination with HR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

• Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
