Job Description
Job Role and Responsibility
● To ensure the tickets assigned are completed on time.
● Able to manage stakeholders Outsourcing agencies and Vendor managers and
coordinate for issue closure and getting work done.
● Responsible to check the pending tickets and assignment of tickets
● To handle escalations and coordinate with agencies to understand the issue at
hand and resolve them in a timely manner
● Responsible for Turn Around Time of the tickets
● Prepare basic reports on excel and google sheets and updating data on daily
basis
● Basic knowledge on Excel and its formulas, Windows
● To handle requests and complaints coming from sales managers/SAM/KAM of
their restaurants.
● To be able work on rotational Weekly offs and rotational shifts
