Role Description

Janardan Nirman Pvt Limited is looking for a Lead Project Incharge to join their team in Jamshedpur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Lead Project Incharge will be responsible for managing and overseeing the engineering aspects of projects, including planning, design, development, and implementation. The Lead Project Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and software development; experience with CAD/CAM software; ability to read and interpret technical drawings; experience with 3D printing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.Dealing with clients.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent time management skills.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team; experience in managing and developing teams; strong interpersonal skills.
• Relevant Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; experience in project engineering; experience in the construction industry; knowledge of safety regulations; experience with budgeting and cost control.
