- Work closely with our stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet hiring goals and expectations specifically in the tech domain
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- Should have min. 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency) with technical skillsets
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
