1.    Budgeting and Planning:

• Plan and prepare safety training calendar.
• Plan and prepare mock drill schedule.
• Plan and develop safety guidelines.
• To provide input of annual HSE Budget for preparing budget.

2.    Responsibilities:

•  Conduct health and safety inspections at sites and prepare reports of all the operations.
• Conducting Job safety analysis & Safety survey at site.
• Fault tree analysis, event tree analysis use for Root cause analysis.
• Daily PPE compliance, unsafe act, unsafe condition monitoring at site.
• On the job and classroom training provided to employee.
• Accident investigation of accident and dangerous occurrences and make CAPA.
• Work permit system implement at site.
• Hazard identification & Risk assessment.
• Leading in safety committee meeting.
• Monitoring of TBT circle and compliance of TBT at site.
• Behavior based safety implementation at site.
• Motivational programs organized at site.
• Celebration of safety day, road safety week, fire safety week, environment day.
• Firefighting training with fire extinguisher to employee and securities.
• Coordination in maintenance of firefighting equipment, First-Aid box at sites.
• Conducting fire & safety mock drill.

• Work permits records
• Incident reports
• Near miss reports
• Monthly MIS
