Aamore Hotels Looking for Sales Executive at Dhanbad, Jharkhand

We are a luxury resort looking for a talented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their search for the perfect wedding venue, negotiating pricing, and serving as the point of contact for customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Using our CRM tools to manage and maintain customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Proactively following up with leads and potential customers to provide additional information and support
• Conducting property tours and showcasing the resort amenities to potential guests
• Collaborating with the resort manager to address customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Expected to dress appropriately and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skill in English and good negotiation skills
• Flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends as needed
• Initial trainings will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
