The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to own the sales funnel & drive sales closure

2. Assist with customer experience during a project

3. Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables

4. Work to own end-to-end project lifecycle

5. Drive and lead the design meetings with the customers

6. Create designs based on conversations with a client

7. Work to maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client

Who can apply

1. Graduation/relevant diploma and 15 years of academic education

2. Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects

3. Hold excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint presentations, AutoCAD

4. Hold design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)

5. Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)

6. Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)

7. Civil works & services (specifications & installation details)

8. Hold project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies

9. Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitches

10. Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication

11. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
