Roles & Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty & brand awareness.

. Responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy across all program interventions.

. Develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos, and other media content that can be put up on the public forum to spread awareness of work.

. Coordinate with the policy and research teams to design outreach material for effective presentations to relevant stakeholders.

. Maintain social media image by regularly updating Twitter, Facebook, and blog accounts with meaningful content.

. Maintain and update website regularly to ensure that work is posted regularly for public view.

. Lead or support the preparation of newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other communications materials.
Documentation:

. Preparation of progress & others essential reports to be submitted to donor on time

. Consistency in data and information shared – Data accuracy

. Quality of Data analysis and projection

. Documenting Good Practices and sharing feedback with team

. Understanding and analyzing challenges faced – documenting findings

. Result, Process and Good Practices documentation

The Candidates should have:
. A minimum of a Master’s degree Rural Development/Development Studies/Social Work/Social Sciences/Mass communication

. Priority will be given to Person with not less than three (3) years of experience.

. Working Knowledge of Hindi and English is compulsory

. Should have good working knowledge on computer skills

. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
