1. Recruitment of Financial Advisors.
2. Providing training.
3. Help them for the NISM – Series V-A (AMFI) certification.
4. Generating business from them.
5. It’s a B2B sale.
Designation : Deputy Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager.
Remuneration: Jamshedpur & Bhubaneswar – CTC 3.40 LPA + Performance Annual Incentive 2.20 LPA + Official Laptop + Official Sim card + Travelling Allowance as per actual.
