FRAMS.IN Looking for Tele Caller Executive at Dhanbad, Jharkhand

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate should be a great communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing product information, pricing, and availability.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
• Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
• Updating customer databases with relevant information and sales details.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet company sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak fluently in English and any other language(s) as required.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
