Job title: Counsellor

Job Role:

1) Interview children and interpret their conditions, personality, or other psychological traits and formulate counselling plans for them.

2) Provide individual and group counselling to the children of children home.
3) Administer children and assess the results.
4) Prepare timely report and submit to the department time to time.

5) Attaining meetings at district or state level (as required)

6) Support the team in when required to acheive the goal

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1) Bachelor degree in Psychology.
2) Ability to observe, assess and record symptoms, reactions, and progress.
4) Knowledge of psychological test administration and interpretation.
5) Ability to use independent judgment, manage and impart confidential information.

6) Proficient in English and Hindi

7) Knowledge of computer

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
