About this opportunity

The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is focused on completing design, audit and optimization services, where the network engineer is responsible for part of the solution and part of the service process. The Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract!

What you will do

• Relevant experience in the field of Ericsson / Samsung 5G /VoNR / LTE / VoLTE RF Pre-Post Tuning / Optimization.
• Leading teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to Ericsson LTE & VoLTE Post Launch Optimization.
• Expertise on planning and optimization concepts on Multi Layer Environment.
• Strong Knowledge about tools Ericsson (BI, Winfoil, Putty, ICA Clint ,ENM, Mycom, NetAN)
• Strong knowledge about parameter audit tool NEPA/MVPAT
• Handled a team a 5-6 engineers in high work pressure environment
• Expertise on presentation Skill on PPT & strong Knowledge on 2G/4G/5G command & KPI formula!

You will bring

• Strong LTE/VoLTE/5G/VoNR fundamentals in Planning, & Optimization.
• Senior domain expertise on operator network and understanding
• Resourceful application of management information systems to the unit Service Line Optimize.
• Should be well versed in 5G/VoNR/4G/ VOLTE Feature & extensive MIMO & IP/Modernization/RRU Swap its related Issue & Solution .
• Should have good experience on 5G Activity like SCFT,OSS KPI, Pre Post OSS KPI & GPL parameter audit.
• Should have 5G VONR initial tunning experience for swap sites and new sites.
• Drive test log file & Trace analysis (Layer 3) & Consultative & Customer Interaction/Negotiations (Executive Level)
