EMAIL DURATION:
● FIRST/ THANKS EMAIL ON 1ST VISIT
● 2ND EMAIL WHEN APPOINTMENT GIVEN BY INSTITUTE
● 3RD EMAIL WHEN PPT IS DONE
● ON EVERY OCCASION FESTIVAL OR ANY EVENT SHE HAS TO SEND WISHES ON
EMAILS.
● TO MAINTAIN OFFICE DIRECTORY.
5. ATTENDANCE SHOULD BE MARKED BY COUNSELOR WHEN EXECUTIVES SHARE LIVE LOCATION IN WHATSAPP GROUP & TO BE NOTED DOWN IN ATTENDANCE REGISTER.
6. INWARD & OUTWARD REGISTER TO BE MAINTAINED ( STOCK/ BROCHURES/
LETTERS/COURIERS)
