We are an agriculture-based firm searching for a female candidate to handle our back office operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using MS Excel and have some understanding of PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Understand the clients complain and provide relevant solution
- Manage the record of payments sent to clients
- Prepare presentations when required for meeting
- Maintain the work report on excel as instructed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer issues
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
