Designation: Marketing Manager
Experience: Min 5+ years in Marketing role (product based marketing)

This role is responsible for every implementing BTL activities, in-store or onground promotions, influencer meets and engagement activities, Running Loyalty program at local level. Other Branch and Sales support activities. Market research
Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function – Must be done)
- Complete Brand and product visibility at the stores/ retailer shops
- Conceptualization and execution of Lead Acquisition drives/ activation for various B2B and B2C products
- Event Design, Execution and Tracking
- Influencer Engagement – Electricians, Architects, Builders, Interior Decorators and Electrical consultants and contractors
- Strategic alliances and cross promotions
- Maintain MIS and evaluate the Return on the spent for all marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Follow up with other colleagues in field marketing or sales for projects or initiatives, as delegated by HO,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 5+ years’ brand management or marketing experience preferably in electrical goods, FMEG or Building Materials industry
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per year
