Walk-In Drive Details Date :23rd February (Thursday) & 25th February 2023 (Saturday)Time: 8.30 am to 5:00 pm Venue: MIDC, Pimpri ,Pune-411018, Maharashtra.Map: https://goo.gl/maps/DLsGJEP2DRadRKBL6Job description : Regional Safety Manager (OHSE)Exp : 12-20 Yrs Location: : PAN India (Probable locations Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Orissa, Hyderbad).Education-Diploma/Degree (preferably BE/B.Tech/in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical/any other)Desired Candidate Profile:Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent.Relevant experience in Safety Management in Power Plant/Sites.Working in multiple sites/projects in Required Duties/ Responsibilities/ Activities: 1. Act as the Responsible Person for all health and safety matters across all projects, identifying and responding to current legal and best practice requirements.2. Initiate and oversee a HSE leadership change programme across all projects.3. Set the strategic direction for effective OSHE management and appropriate workplace wellbeing programmes for employees/contractors employees.4. Review all aspects of OSHE policies and activity and ensure that it is implemented consistently across all projects.5. Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming OSHE legislation/rules/regulations and ensure that has systems and procedures in place to meet compliance and other requirements.6. Work proactively with project managers and other key employees to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in OSHE management within their areas of responsibility.7. Ensure that rigorous risk assessment and incident management systems are in place and followed across all projects.8. Audits: Oversee and undertake audits where appropriate and ensure an action plan to address issues identified. Audits conducted as per schedule. Site Safety visits/Inspection with project team on periodic basis.9. Provide Leadership to site safety team, ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and government regulations and improve safety performance at all projects.10. Assist line management personnel in meeting their obligations under the relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation, such as on-going safety education, hazard identification and elimination11. Development of Successor – Development of successor for Senior EHS Roles and Responsibilities.12. Training – EHS Trainings conducted as per schedule.Requirements shall be identified & training shall be conducted as per schedule. Conducting trainings through class room session and video conferencing to staffs and Workmen. 13. Reporting and Analysis of Potential Near-miss Cases and First Aid Cases in the HQ. Analysis & review of high potential repeated FA/NM cases for implementing the permanent corrective actions to mitigate to recurrence. Carrying on incident / accident investigations, gathering facts & relevant information, analyzing and interpreting different hazards and controls. 14. Maintain, review and report safety performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required.15.
