Job Description


Overview:

The role includes growing the Company business and achieving the defined targets by acquiring Small Business relationships to act as Distributors or Retail Point of Sales for technology enabled sales of Spice Money’s products.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales targets for the given block by acquiring and retaining channel partners.
  • Acquire new distributors and retailers in the block to perform all services available on the Spice Money platform primarily Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Recharge, BBPS, Travel, CMS, Insurance etc.
  • Engage with all retailers and distributors from time to time to ensure they are productive and happy with the services of Spice Money.
  • Supporting and eliminating the challenges faced by the channel partners in doing business.
  • To be the voice of customer for Spice Money related to any new products/services or channel partner’s needs and expectations to help Spice Money grow and penetrate in that block.
  • To ensure 100% compliance to all policies and processes laid down by the Organization
  • Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation and retention.
  • Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
  • Ensure the implementation of the sales SOPs and market norms for Spice Money’s products.
  • Creating and submitting the MIS to District Lead.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience with distribution channels sales from BFSI, Insurance, Telco, FMCG, Consumer Durables or Fintech Industry. (High preference to Fintech/Telecom).
  • Must be the resident of respective Head Quarter District, preferable native of same Block.
  • Must have own two Bike.
  • Passionate for target achievement.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good understanding of area and culture
  • Team player; ability to influence and build relations with existing and perspective customers
  • Access to a reasonable base of potential POS – Retailers in at least one of the above categories
  • Good network within the local area of operation (target locations)
  • Organized and ability to adapt a systematic approach towards assigned projects
  • Highly motivated and must have ability to handle pressure and work under fast paced environment
