We are currently recruiting for a number of permanent Quality Assurance Team Leaders for a well-established Investigation & Survey Consultant Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

TAT Norms :

Candidate would be supposed to get the Reporting & Q.C Submission done under TAT which is of 3 days upon 2 reports Per Executive on Daily Basis Count Per Month Calculation as it is one of the most important aspects of Organizational Goal including Quality and Honesty With Integrity.

Repudiation Norms:

Quality of the reports, you are also advised to maintain the repudiation rate i.e. 60% by proper tracking and following the trigger points on Investigation, Reporting & QC of Reports Before Submission.

Honesty & Integrity:

Along with Honesty, Integrity and It is your responsibility to make sure that No F.E/O.E Or Any Employee is involved in any kind of monetary transactions or favour from the customers.

Your Core Duty is to ensure that there will be No Breach of Trust & Allegation of Bribe As well as any grievance occurs on Organization or its Employees upon Different work segments.

Monthly Case Average Goal:

You Are Liable to close 200 cases reporting & QC Submission Along With Your Reporting Team As 2 reports Submission upon Per Executive on Daily Basis for total No of Report Cum Hard Copy submission in a month.

Educational Background:

1. UG/PG Any with relevant skills & expertise.

2. Must Be from English medium Schooling Background with Good Academics.

3. Excellent Writing Skills & Typing Accuracy in English is Mandatory.

4. System Proficiency mandatory.

5. MS office Package proficiency.

  • Produce regular quality reports and statistics
  • Assist in the planning and running of an efficient Quality Control Check Reports Preparation in MS Office Package in Branch operation Department.
  • Support and train new Quality Control Executives & Operations Executives
  • Ensure all quality data requirements are accurate and up to date
  • Drive Quality process improvements
  • Manage and resolve any product issues and escalate where necessary
  • Identify development needs for team and provide support
  • Ensure safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures
  • Any other duties required by company from time to time

Job Purpose

To support the Quality Assurance Supervisor through managing the Quality Control inspection team in terms of preparation of Investigation & Survey Reports towards providing line management to the team, planning workloads and supporting team to ensure teams delivers their Monthly Reporting targets. Assisting in developing team members by focusing on individual performance and providing support to achieve high standards of Final Investigation Reports.

Both hands-on and supervision of the Quality Control requirements of both Survey components Investigation Reports in build process adherence. Measure, control and administer Service & Investigation adherence to design specification, and Reporting Productivity build adherence to the process / work instructions. Support and drive implementation of preventative / problem-solving solutions to internal / external quality concerns. Provide leadership and support to the Operation team and drive targets to meet output of Organizational Business needs.

Candidate Specification

  • Experience in managing Quality Control/Assurance
  • Experience in Service industry
  • Ability to motivate, develop and supervise others
  • Analytical and numerical, excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT Skills & DMS Management Required.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding customer deliverables and impact of poor quality
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including a good level of presentation skills (verbal & written), but focused and summarized on a need-to-know basis where relevant.
  • Maintain a professional direct and indirect approach with all members of the company. Credibility at all levels within the operations business. Focused on the management of sectors within the operations business only.
  • Excellent man management skills, including the ability to act as a coach to the team and provide encouragement and support.
  • Decision-making based on overall business requirements and best practice. Able to work to tight timescales and under pressure, whilst maintaining a calm, prioritized, and structured approach to all tasks / issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
