  • Managing a network of dealers and industrial customers.
  • Appointing dealers, retailers and developing the channel competencies to handle end-end working in the assigned areas to achieve business goals & maximize revenue generation.
  • To establish retail network (using Lighting Industries’ model) by appointing dealers & retailer for the given territory within a fixed time frame.
  • To achieve sales & collection targets through driving /existing and new products throughout channel on a regular basis.
  • Maintain quality of sales, looking after collection & ensuring timely collection within the norm in coordination with the parties.
  • To make at least 10-15 calls per day with dealers & retailer and monitor the stock level and maintenance of lighting products display at the dealers and retail counters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via regular meetings/ personal visits, telephonic interaction.
  • To keep a track on competitor’s activities across markets and align our sales accordingly.
  • Do sales promotion in assigned territory on regular basis.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of minimum experience in Channel Sales Development, Distributor, Dealer & Retail Appointment & Business Network development in relevant industry (Lighting/ Electrical only).
  • Should have strong convincing ability & communication skill.
  • Should be confident enough to handle Channel sales- Distributor sales activity.
  • Key skill- Channel Sales Management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
