Roles Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in the assigned city Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures it s strong presence Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusProvide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company s relationship with themDevelop and implement new sales initiatives strategies and programs to capture key demographicsProvide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field Minimum 4 year of work experience in sales with B2B B2C business model Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close Excellent leadership skills Need to have hands-on experience managing data and analysing it Job Type Full-timeSalary 30 000 00 – 45 000 00 per monthExperience total work 1 year Preferred
