We are a reputable company seeking to hire an experienced and skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Preparing financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow statements.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of debts.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing financial support to other departments and stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
