Medicare Job Solutions Hiring for Production Executive Trainee Job at Patna

Urgently required BSC Chemistry and MSc Chemistry Freshers as Production Trainee for our client company Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd,
Candidates from Bihar / Jharkhand / Odisha and West Bengal is preffered.

1. Supervision & operation in the plant like equipment cleaning, batch charging, reaction, extractions, Distillation, centrifugation, filtration, drying, milling, utensils cleaning etc. as per the instruction given by Superior.
2. Issuance of Document, BPCR, ECR, Formats Etc.
3. Issuance of raw and packing material, return of raw and packing material as per requirement.
4. Documentation like BPCR/ECR filling, occupancy log, weight verification record, etc. updating status board as per process/operation.
5. Ensure Housekeeping (working and surrounding area where the person is working) and filling of housekeeping records. Train to unskilled man power on basis GMP.
6. Ensure the usage of PPEs and issuance of safety permits as per requirement.
7. Proper segregation of waste and transfer to ETP.
8. Proper storage of solvent, mother liquor, aqueous layer and organic layer etc. and transfer to SRP or outside through tanker/drum filling.
9. Checking of raw materials/Intermediates before charging, weighing of raw material /Intermediates/products at different stages.
10. Intimation to Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
