• Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that loading goals are being met at time. • Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and experience levels. • Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they are within acceptable ranges. • Reviewing reports on labor costs and efficiency rates to ensure that they are within budget guidelines. • Reviewing safety procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all workers. • Interpreting and enforcing labor laws and regulations regarding working conditions and employee conduct. • Scheduling and coordinating dispatch schedules with other supervisors to meet deadlines. • Training new employees in proper work procedures and safety measures
