Pixie Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving a monthly financial target by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve monthly financial targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Network and attend industry events to generate leads and promote the company’s services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Provide regular sales reports to management, including pipeline reports and forecasting
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
• Help the organization in the hiring of the sales team
• Manage the sales team to ensure their success and individual target growth
• Help the sales team to achieve their sales targets and provide training and support as needed
• Create various documents required for sales activities, such as pitching documents, sales proposals, and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, B-Tech, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in sales management, business development, or related field
• Experience in the web development and digital marketing industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have their own Bike.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹122,228.31 – ₹438,330.44 per year
