FLAIR is a research and training organisation working on – (a) Child Online Safety, and (b) Public Policy, Planning and Budgeting. It is a not for profit organisation.

FLAIR is looking for a dynamic and young person for the role of MANAGER – DIGITAL MEDIA AND EDUCATION at its RANCHI office. The role requires creativity and writing skills. Teaching experience in schools will be an added advantage for the candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties
MANAGER – DIGITAL MEDIA will be responsible for photography/videography of the events and activities of FLAIR. He/She will be responsible for making small videos and photo stories with the help of photos, videos and sketches. He/She will upload blogs and events regularly on the websites of the organisation. He/She will work as part of a creative team at FLAIR.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Essential Qualification: Graduation in Mass Communications/Development Communications or at least 3 years of proven track record
• Essential Skills: Graphic Design, Digital Design Software, Photography and Videography, Video Editing.
• Desirable Qualification: At Least 10 videos/photo stories using sketches, illustrations and info graphics published. Experience of teaching in schools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
