FLAIR is a research and training organisation working on – (a) Child Online Safety, and (b) Public Policy, Planning and Budgeting. It is a not for profit organisation.

FLAIR is looking for a dynamic and young person for the role of EDUCATOR CUM COMPUTER OPERATOR at its RANCHI office. The role requires creativity, teaching and writing skills. Teaching experience in schools will be an added advantage for the candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties
EDUCATOR CUM COMPUTER OPERATOR will be responsible for taking sessions on mobile and internet safety and good mental health for children and young people. He/She will be given proper training of 15 days at the start of work. He/She will upload blogs and events regularly on the websites of the organisation. He/She will work as part of education psychology team at FLAIR.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Essential Qualification: Graduation in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, English and at least 3 years of proven track record in teaching. The candidate should be fluent in English.
• Essential Skills: Teaching, Communication, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Working on computers including designing of power point presentations and workbooks.
• Desirable Qualification: Post Graduation degree. PR Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
