We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. Responsibilities: Consistently recruiting excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. Training, counseling and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Experience in construction Field Minimum Requirements:MBA/PGDM (HRM) 5-10 years of experience in a construction Field. Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel, HRMS) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents.
