Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Project PlanningPrepare Micro plan and Macro plan in consultation with RPM, PM, Execution EngineersPrepare Resource plan in line with the Macro/Micro Plans and the productivity norms.Ensure Plans prepared are accurate- in line with Client Expectations/Requirements and meet the strategic objectives of the Region and of the Site.Prepare Procurement Plan and Quantity Estimates. Raise PR for materials within schedule, considering lead time, to ensure availability of materials at site as per schedule. Prepare Monthly LE Revenue for the Project for PMs ApprovalPrepare closure plan in consultation with RPM & PM. Organizing PM Level meetings for ProgressProject ControlMonitor and track Project Progress and prepare monthly/weekly catch-up plans.Monitor and track Engineering/Design Drawings and ensure the same is available as per the plan.Monitor and track the PRs raised and ensure that the materials are being delivered at site as per the Erection plan.Monitor the Resources deployed at site and report utilization.Prepare and Publish Client Reports and InternalExternal MIS reports Dashboards within Schedule.Preparation of Material Reconciliation of items.Track the subcontractors deployed at site and monitor their performance.Facilitate PM and Commercial in the preparation of CTC. Plant and Machinery: (Wherever there is no separate P&M in Org Chart)Responsible for engagement of EquipmentEnsure to maintain Certificate of Fitness of MachineriesEnsure Operator License for all the applicable machineriesTrack Fuel Consumption of machineries / DG Set / Vehicles on daily, weekly, monthly basis.Maintain Logbook of all the machineries / vehicle vendors along with their operators with contact numbers as well as the assigned departments / teams perusing the vehicles / machineries (Departmental Machineries – Log sheet)Maintain Utilization log integrated with fuel consumption / expenditure details for Vehicles and Machinery.OthersFocus on productivity improvement & timely completion of project.Identify opportunities to improve productivity and to ensure timely completion of the project.Desired Candidate Profile B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical (OHE)/ Civil with 6-15 years of experience of overall project scheduling, planning, control, and coordination at project site,preferably from railway/metro run projectsPerks and Benefits
